Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, articulate, and possess the following qualifications:

· Microsoft Operating Systems Proficiency: Experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, or newer. Familiarity with related software technologies.

· Administrative Tools and Automation: Proven history of using administrative tools and automating routine tasks.

· PowerShell Scripting Expertise: Writing scripts for monitoring systems, and critical applications, and integrating them into a centralized event console.

· Work Experience: X years as a Windows Server Administrator, managing 50+ server environments using server-class hardware.

· Windows System Knowledge: Active Directory & Domain architecture, NTFS permissions, DNS, OS security, systems patching, MS Office suite, ITSM applications, systems monitoring software.

· VMWare Environment Management: Extensive experience deploying and managing VMWare environments.

· Scripting Skills: Proficiency in batch, PowerShell, and/or VB.

· Multi-server/Tenant Environment Expertise: Understanding of clustering technologies and strategies.

· Remote Support Experience: Providing support for remotely connected customers and associated technologies (e.g., Citrix, Cisco).

· Automated Patching Process: Assist in developing and maintaining processes for automated patching of small to medium-sized Windows environments.

· OS Version Compliance: Assist in ensuring all customer and corporate systems run supported Operating System versions.
