You can choose either guided calm or setting a timer. In guided calm, a person(recorded voice) will guide you to be calm. The person will give you proper instructions. You can set timers ranging from 2 minutes to 20 minutes. Also, you can change music as well as nature scenes as you wish.<\/p>\n
